We are currently seeking Construction Inspectors to join our construction management team in our Boston, MA office.  Inspectors will perform on-site inspection of water/storm water, and/or roadway/civil-site work jobs for a wide range of public and private sector clients,.  Work is carried out with considerable independence and requires thorough knowledge of appropriate construction practices and codes. Positions are available at various levels of experience.

Project Surveyor - Boston

10+ years of experience, field and office. Must be proficient in use of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010-2014. Must be able to analyze Survey data and prepare CAD drawings from field data and property and utilities records. Reduction of GPS data and Geodetic Survey data as well as exposure to Laser Scan data beneficial. Strong background in construction calculations required.  Must be able to work independently with input from Senior Project Surveyor.  Must be organized and a good communicator. SIT a plus.

Survey Party Chief - Boston, MA

Seeking a Party Chief who will execute and supervise other members on the survey crew in gathering field survey data and providing construction layout through the use of conventional and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) methods. The position will entail review of real estate documents, including plans and records as well as construction plans in order to perform boundary,  topographic, right-of way, acquisition and construction stakeout surveys for utility, transportation and building projects.

Sr. Project Manager/Construction Manager – ADA/Transportation, DC/MD

Seeking a Project Manager with strong technical expertise in civil engineering. Qualified candidates will work with municipalities and districts to plan, design and manage construction of ADA street/sidewalk improvements and other civil engineering projects. Candidates must have an engineering degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Licensed professional engineer or have the ability to obtain Licensure in MD and DC will be given preference to applying candidates. Qualified candidates must also have excellent project management, communication and organization skills and have local knowledge. Other qualifications include: Proven project leadership; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; excellent team player and mentor to less experienced staff; ability to establish project teams and schedules; develop project design criteria, oversee design and production and execute QA/QC for each project.

Traffic Project Manager - Landover, MD

The Traffic/Transportation Project Manager will have detailed traffic/highway engineering and construction experience in addition to in-depth project management experience. They must be experienced in technical design related to the planning and design of complex projects, and must have demonstrated experience of delivering projects that meet technical requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. He/She will also manage coach, mentor and junior and mid-level engineers.
