CM/PM On-Call 1401/1402

Baltimore, MD

As subconsultant, Bryant is providing inspection and resident engineering services to the City of Baltimore on several pipe rehabilitation and utility contracts. These include:

CM/PM 1401 – Managing the construction and providing the inspection for the replacement/installation of 6” water main, 800 LF of 8” water main, 1,350 LF of 10” water main and 1,500 LF of 20” water main. Our inspectors are also responsible for overseeing the installation of fittings, both restrained and unrestrained, valves and appurtenances and the replacement of various size valves and fire hydrants, replacement of small residential meter settings and meter vaults, sidewalk restorations, curb and gutter and roadway paving.

CM/PM 1402 – Managing the construction and providing the inspection for the replacement and rehabilitation of 12,000 LF of water main lines ranging in size from 6″-10″. Project included: installing/testing PVC temporary bypass above ground; excavation of trench to remove existing water mainlines, replacing/testing CIPP water mainline per specifications; replacing corresponding fittings/valves/meters; installing/replacing fire hydrants on Winston Ave, York Road and Ready Ave.
