As a subconsultant, Bryant prepared a traffic impact analysis (TIA) for 25 residential units at the existing Merchants Village on Clark Street in Westerly, Rhode Island.
Bryant was able to meet the project’s aggressive timeline, which required completing the TIA, including field review, data collection, traffic capacity analysis, preparation of the report and testimony in front of the Westerly Planning Board in just over a week from beginning work on the project. Due to meeting the accelerated schedule, the project received the requested approvals from the Planning Board.
