As part of the Construction Management 4E contract to make critical improvements to DC Water’s distribution and sewer collection systems, St. Elizabeth’s Water Storage Tower was constructed and the associated installations of water mains and rehabilitation of small local sewers were conducted. Bryant provided construction management services supporting the construction of this two-million gallon composite-style elevated water tower as well as approximately 4,000’ of 24” ductile iron water transmission main.
