Division of Capital Asset Management rehabilitated the State Police Academy Firing Range facility in New Braintree, MA which included façade, interior and utility improvements.
Bryant provided site/civil engineering for the following items: water service connection, sanitary sewer lateral connection to existing SMH, concrete duct bank for electrical conduits, cast-in-place concrete pads for propane tanks, vaporizer and condenser, and cement-concrete sidewalk, driveway and ramp.
Additionally, Bryant prepared a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan inclusive of an Erosion Sediment Control Plan. Bryant also performed construction management services to oversee the aforementioned design work.
