Bryant provided utility design for water, sewer, drain, electrical, telecommunications and gas service connections for this 52,985 square-foot parcel. Additionally, Bryant provided civil/site design as well as permit assistance for Public Improvements Commission requirements and Boston Water and Sewer Commission site plan review submittal process.
