Gun Range at Camp Edwards
Camp Edwards is a year-round training spot for Army air assault, war fighting simulation and engineering training. It is home to the Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) and hosts other armed forces components, law enforcement agencies, and civilian organizations as well.
Bryant is currently performing a photogrammetric plan of 180 acres as part of the study and schematic design phase. Once completed, a team will design a new eight lane outdoor automated multipurpose machine gun range with automated target systems for the MAARNG. The facility will meet all local, state and federal codes. Prior to beginning work on this project, our field crew took a required training session on unexploded ordnance before they were granted permission to work on the site.
