As part of the Construction Management 4E contract to make critical improvements to DC Water’s distribution and sewer collection systems, reservoir ventilation improvements were made at the Brentwood and Ft. Station Reservoirs. Bryant provided construction management services supporting the renovation/rehabilitation of two underground reinforced concrete structures for potable water storage and the associated water infrastructure. For the Brentwood reservoir, work included reservoir membrane improvements, crack and joint sealing, a new SCADA/sampling building, new mixers and controls, electrical and security improvements. For the Ft. Stanton Reservoir, work included ventilation improvements as well as lighting and electrical upgrades.
