The Captain John Foster Williams Coast Guard Building, also known as the Williams Federal Building, was built in 1918 and is located at 408 Atlantic Avenue in Boston.
A contractor replaced the existing bulkhead in Fort Port Channel, while Bryant installed deformation monitoring points in the face of the building towards the channel and monitoring for vertical movement during construction. Two sessions per week for 10 months was performed.
